BEEF BUTCHER PRICES

• Cut & Wrap (hanging weight): $1.25 per pound

PORK BUTCHER PRICES

• Cut & Wrap (hanging weight): $1.25 per pound

• Smoking (for items smoked): $2.50 per pound.

• Sausage Making: $2.25 per pound

  • Breakfast sausage flavor.

LAMB/GOAT BUTCHER PRICES

• Cut & Wrap Goat $225.00 per animal up to 200lbs additional 25.00 for anything over. Lamb $225.00 Per lamb

ADDITIONAL SERVICES    

• Custom Packaging (Vacuum Sealing): $0.50 per package

  • For long-lasting freshness and protection.

Kill Fee:

• Beef: $150

• Pork $125

• Goat and lamb, $75.00 deposit due at booking and will apply to your overall processing fee at pickup. Nonrefundable if you cancel or abandon your processing day.

Kill fees are due at the time of booking your processing date. Kill fees are non-refundable if you abandon your processing date and fail to show.
